Terms of Service

Last updated: July 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Ahsene Remmouche, the individual operator of Tripar (“Tripar,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Tripar app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Tripar.

2. What Tripar is

Tripar is an AI trip planner. You describe a trip — destination, dates, number of travelers, budget level, and interests — and Tripar generates a day-by-day itinerary with suggested activities, hotel ideas, approximate locations on a map, and estimated costs. Tripar also includes an AI travel assistant you can chat with to refine plans or ask travel questions.

Tripar plans; it does not book. Itineraries, prices, availability, and place details are AI-generated estimates — they are suggestions, not bookings, reservations, quotes, or guarantees. See Section 6.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tripar. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Tripar only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You must also comply with the terms of the account you sign in with (Google or Apple) and, for purchases, the terms of the App Store or Google Play.

4. Your account

You sign in to Tripar with a Google or Apple account; we do not offer email/password accounts. Authentication is handled by our sign-in provider, Clerk. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google or Apple account secure. You can delete your Tripar account at any time from Profile → Delete account (see Section 12).

5. Free tier and Tripar Pro

Free tier. Free accounts include a limited allowance, currently: two successful trip generations, and ten AI assistant messages per day (measured in Coordinated Universal Time). Failed generations do not count against your allowance. Viewing trips you have already generated is always free. We may adjust free-tier allowances; the current limits are always the ones shown or enforced in the app.

Tripar Pro. Tripar Pro is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription that removes these limits. The price is the one displayed in the app and confirmed by the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase.

6. AI-generated content

Tripar's itineraries and assistant replies are produced by a large language model (Google's Gemini). AI output can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete, and it is your responsibility to verify anything you rely on:

You may use itineraries Tripar generates for you for any lawful personal purpose. We do not claim ownership of them.

7. Your content

“Your content” means what you put into Tripar: trip details you enter, messages you send to the assistant, saved travel preferences, and photos you upload as custom trip covers. You own your content. So that Tripar can work, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the service — for example, storing your trips in our database, sending your trip details and chat messages to our AI provider to generate responses, and resizing your cover photos through our image-delivery service.

You are responsible for your content. You promise that you have the rights to anything you upload (including cover photos) and that your content does not violate the law or anyone else's rights. Your trips and chats are private to your account — Tripar has no sharing or public-profile features.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

9. Intellectual property

The Tripar app, its design, branding, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them except the personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app as intended. Destination photography displayed in itineraries is sourced from Unsplash and its photographers and is credited in the app. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

10. Third-party services

Tripar is built on services that have their own terms, which apply to you where you interact with them:

Our Privacy Policy lists the providers that process data on our behalf (including Clerk, Google Gemini, Neon, ImageKit, RevenueCat, and Sentry) and what they receive.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Tripar, or delete your account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms (including the acceptable-use rules), if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where practical, we will notify you in the app. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7 licensing as applied to the period of use, 9, and 13–15) survive.

12. Account deletion and your data

Deleting your account from Profile → Delete account permanently removes your account record, trips, chat history, and usage records from our database. This cannot be undone. Two things are not removed by account deletion:

See the Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it is handled.

13. Disclaimers

Tripar is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or reliable. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill; (b) we are not liable for travel decisions made, bookings placed, or losses incurred in reliance on AI-generated content; and (c) our total liability for all claims relating to Tripar is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or US $50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

16. Changes to the service or these terms

We may change or discontinue features, limits, or pricing of the service. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes, we will flag them in the app. Continued use of Tripar after an update means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising out of these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose laws grant you mandatory protections or a home-court forum, nothing in this section takes those away.

18. Contact

Questions about these Terms: aremmouche.dev@gmail.com, or the Help & support option in the app.
